As Entrepreneurs who are leading Encore Careers and Side Hustles, we are driven to grow our hobbies into a real viable and profitable business.

Two women talkingWhen you have big goals it's inevitable that at times, self-doubt and overwhelm will creep in and derail us.

Do you have these people in your circle, your tribe, your squad, or on your team?

Three women networkingAs entrepreneurs, we NEED to surround ourselves CAREFULLY with those who uplift us... not tear us down. (Our self-doubt can do that without any help from others) :)

The Beginning

Laptop-computer-and-coffee-in--86943893When life and work get challenging, it’s tempting to look at other people and assume they’re way further ahead than we are. Appearances, though, can be deceiving. Some people are holding things together on a wing and prayer and an overdraft account.
